Waivers must be signed by all participants. Children under 21 need a parent or guardian to sign.
The person responsible for the purchase of the booking must be physically present.

WARNING CANCELATION POLICY PLEASE READ
- All cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to your tour departure time.
- When you make a reservation, your credit card will be charged for the full amount of the rental cost including fees and taxes. In the event of a cancellation less than 24 hours no refund will be granted.
- No shows will be charged for the full amount/price and no refund will be granted.
- Your reservation starts 1 hour prior to your ride. Waiver forms and instructions will take about 45 minutes to complete.
- Rebooking’s or rescheduled rentals can’t be cancelled and a fee of $75 us dollars or more will apply if you do not show up and wish to reschedule for another date and time.
- In case of a no-show with no cancellation email received 24 hours prior to the time of rental, you will be charged a cancellation fee of 100% of the total rental cost.
- At our sole discretion, cancellation fees may be waived for special circumstances (severe weather, etc.)
- Cancellations accepted only by email. No cancellations will be made by phone calls.
- No cancellations will be allowed due to not bringing a PHYSICAL credit card or identification.
