• Please arrive 45 minutes before your activity’s start time to check in. Guests who arrive less than 45 minutes before departure or after departure time will not be refunded or rescheduled and will lose participation.
• Credit card holders must be present at the property
• You must complete a release form for each participant prior arrival. (Waivers are attached to your email confirmation)

• Weight restrictions: Maximum weight limit is 230 lbs. Guests must fit into a Coast Guard-approved life jacket. Restrictions may vary depending on conditions.
• Minimum age: 3 years old.• Children under 21 require a parental signature and waiver.
• Physical Restrictions: No participation for those with recent surgeries, injuries, or restrictions. Those with heart or blood pressure conditions, expectant mothers, motion sickness, or dizziness
• Pregnancy: Not allowed for pregnant women for safety reasons.
• Wheelchair Accessibility: Not available; participants must be able to walk independently.
• Age Restrictions: Minimum age is 3 years; children under 18 require parental signature and waiver. The Captain reserves the right to increase the minimum age requirement based on sea conditions. Minors minimum age for fishing 12yo.
•Minors under 18 must be accompanied by someone 21 years or older. • Waivers: All participants must sign waivers; guardians for minors under 21 must sign for minors.
• Pets and services animals are not allowed.Weather, sea conditions, and other unforeseen factors may require us to change the destination, modify the itinerary, or cancel the trip. We reserve the right to make these decisions at any time for the safety of our guests, crew, and vessel. Any changes may be communicated before departure or at check-in.
Although the total experience may range from 4 to 8 hours, part of this time includes travel by boat to and from the island or destination.
The boat ride from Puerto Chico Marina / Fajardo area to Icacos Cay or Palomino Island typically takes approximately 18 to 25 minutes each way, depending on sea conditions, wind, currents, vessel traffic, and the exact landing location.
I acknowledge and understand that actual travel times may vary due to weather, sea conditions, operational needs, and safety considerations. I also understand that island time is included within the total scheduled experience time and is not in addition to it.
