Check-in details
• Please arrive 45 minutes before your activity’s start time to check in. Guests who arrive less than 45 minutes before departure or after departure time will not be refunded or rescheduled and will lose participation.
• Credit card holders must be present at the property
• You must complete a release form for each participant prior arrival. (Waivers are attached to your email confirmation)
• Valid government-issued photo ID that matches identical with card on file will be required for check-in

• Weight Restrictions: Max weight limit 265lbs. Must fit into a Coast Guard-approved life jacket; may vary with conditions.
• Minors under 13yo must have life jackets while boat is on movement. The local regulation: in Puerto Rico it follows U.S. federal boating safety requirements that children under 13 on moving boats must wear a USCG-approved life jacket that fits.
• Physical Restrictions: No participation for those with recent surgeries, injuries, or restrictions. Those with heart or blood pressure conditions, expectant mothers, motion sickness, or dizziness
• Pregnancy: Not allowed for pregnant women for safety reasons.
• Wheelchair Accessibility: Not available; participants must be able to walk independently.
• Age Restrictions: Minimum age is 3 years; minors under 21yo require parental signature and waiver. The Captain reserves the right to increase the minimum age requirement based on sea conditions.
• Minors under 18 must be accompanied by someone 21 years or older. • Waivers: All participants must sign waivers; guardians for minors under 21 must sign for minors.
• Pets and services animals are not allowed. -
Risks: Activities involve water and ocean risks, including injury or death. Participants accept these risks.
For safety purposes, guests must have the physical ability to board and disembark the vessel independently and be comfortable swimming in deep water. -
